As goods are generally purchased in bulk and shipped to foreign destinations, we do not entertain returns, once the goods have been paid for, they become the property of the Purchaser. If for any reason we agree to receive goods for return the goods will be deemed returned when received by Consolidated Decor International ltd or one of their agreed partners.
Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective, will require us or one of our agreed partners to examine the products prior to agreeing to refund any monies. We will do so within a reasonable time period, usually 30 days, and will inform you of our decision.
International customers should make use of a courier that offers:
- Shipment tracking.
- Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
