Shipping of product to destinations outside of the UK is one of the services that Consolidated Decor provide we make use of 3rd party services using reputable international shipping and logistics companies. All shipping costs will be agreed upon before goods are released, these costs will be reflected within the invoice provided for said goods.
All goods will be shipped on an EXW or CIF basis (Incoterms 2021)
All customs charges and further expenses incurred in destination countries will be for the cost of the Purchaser of the goods.

All goods shipped on a CIF basis (Incoterms 2010) include insurance to cover loss or damage, goods are covered in transit to the port of discharge after which the customer/consignee takes responsibility for the state of the goods.
Should goods be lost or damaged in transit Consolidated Decor International ltd will need to claim and replacement goods will be sent out only once the claim has been finalised.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset so as to ensure that goods reach their final destination, all risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable goods
All goods that are not able to be received for whatever reason and are left in storage with our shippers may incur further costs, these costs will need to be settled before goods are released.
